## Technical Issues

If you need to report a technical issue or have a feature suggestion, sign in to the [Partner Support Help Center](http://support.empara.io) to submit a ticket.

## Partner Console Access

Employer, benefit sponsor, and consultant access will be available soon. In the meantime, please coordinate directly with the organization utilizing the Opyn platform, such as the TPA, employer, or health plan, to manage eligibility, check claims status, and access reporting packets.
