Who do I contact for benefit questions?
Within the Empara app, there are many places you can connect with the teams that sponsor and administer your benefits. Within your benefits wallet, there are often key phone numbers. If the message center is enabled, you can likely message your member services or healthcare advocacy team. You can also contact your HR representative for information on your benefits.
